Steve is semi-retired from fishing and lives with his family, wife Janet and children Nathan, Michelle, Andrew and Jeffery, in Seward, Alaska.

Steve has owned several boats, F/V Chignik Belle, F/V Marathon, F/V Crimson Tide. When he’s not fishing or cheering his kids at a game or race, Steve likes to run. He’s won the Mount Marathon Race twice and he still finishes highly when he races.
